Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Syzygy Industrial Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

Platform Overview

Syzygy Industrial Hub is an industrial subcontracting platform that facilitates connections between OEMs and manufacturing partners:

• •OEMs can submit Requests for Quotation (RFQs) to find manufacturing partners
• •Manufacturing partners receive opportunities based on their membership tier and capabilities
• •Exclusive partners have public visibility on the partner directory
• •All business relationships must be conducted through the platform (anti-circumvention policy)

OEM Responsibilities

As an OEM user, you agree to:

• •Provide accurate and complete RFQ information, drawings, and specifications
• •Respect confidentiality of partner information and quotes received
• •Conduct all transactions and communications through the platform

Partner Responsibilities

As a manufacturing partner, you agree to:

• •Respond to RFQs within designated timeframes
• •Maintain accurate capability and capacity information
• •Honor quoted pricing and delivery commitments
• •Respect the anti-circumvention policy and platform rules

Membership Plans

Partner access is determined by membership plan. Each plan defines how many services you can offer, your monthly AI credit allocation, and access to advanced features. Detailed plan information is available on the Membership page.

Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• •Submitting misleading or fraudulent RFQs or quotes
• •Circumventing the platform to conduct direct business with contacts made through Syzygy
• •Sharing confidential information publicly or with unauthorized parties
• •Unauthorized scraping, data extraction, or automated access to the platform

Intellectual Property

The Syzygy brand, logo, user interface, matching algorithms, and all platform content remain the exclusive property of Syzygy Industrial Hub. Users retain ownership of their own uploaded content and RFQ materials.

Liability Limitations

Syzygy Industrial Hub facilitates communication and matchmaking between OEMs and manufacturers. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, project success, or partner performance. Users are responsible for their own due diligence in business relationships.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada, and applicable Canadian commercial law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Quebec.

Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
