How much does it cost to send a request for quotation?
Nothing. Sending requests for quotation on Syzygy Industrial Hub is free for buyers.
What happens after I send my request?
Y Brain sends it to validated suppliers whose processes, certifications and location match. Suppliers that cover every requested process come first, each supplier receives one invitation, and the number of quotes is not limited. You compare the quotes and discuss them in the RFQ room.
What does a supplier need to receive requests?
A validated Smart Profile, an active Core, Pro or Max plan, at least one of the requested processes and the certifications the buyer requires. Core covers the supplier's province; Pro and Max cover all of Canada.
Can I invite my own suppliers?
Yes. You can send a request only to your preferred suppliers. A supplier who joins the platform at your invitation can answer your requests without a paid plan and without a province limit.
What does the free Early Access plan include?
Early Access is free with no time limit. A supplier can analyze its own files with Y Reader and price them with Y Estimator: 1 analysis and 1 estimate are included, then $2.00 CAD per credit. Receiving buyers' requests requires the Core, Pro or Max plan.
